Scholarship coaching for Sierra Leoneans

Fully funded study abroad. We know the way.

SabiSai means "I know the way" in Krio. We guide you through every step of a funded Master's or PhD application, from the first shortlist to the day you fly.

Sabi the process. Win the scholarship.

No sababu needed

You do not need connections. Your sabi is your sababu.

Many people believe scholarships go to whoever knows somebody. The big international scholarships are decided on your application, your references and your interview. That is what we help you build.

  • A shortlist of scholarships you can realistically win, not a list of every opportunity on the internet.
  • Essays in your own voice, sharpened over several rounds of feedback.
  • Referees who know what to write, and an interview you have already practised.
  • Advice from someone who has won funded places in China, the Netherlands and Italy.

Services

Help at every step of the application

Take the full programme or only the part you need. We focus on Master's and PhD applications, where most full scholarships are.

Profile review and shortlist

We look at your grades, field, work experience and English, then match you to scholarships that fit, with every deadline in one calendar.

Essays and motivation letters

Round after round of feedback on your own words. We coach and you write, because funders interview you and the essay must sound like you.

Documents and English tests

Transcripts, WAEC results, certificates, credential checks, an IELTS or TOEFL plan, and the letters your university needs to sign.

PhD track

Research proposals, finding a supervisor and emails that get answers. Funded PhD positions in the Netherlands, Italy and Germany work differently, and we know how.

Interview practice

Mock panels for Chevening and university selection interviews, with honest feedback after each round.

Before you fly

Visa document checklists, housing, residence permits, bank accounts and getting ready for your first winter.

How it works

Four steps from first message to departure

  1. Talk

Send us a message. We ask about your goals and send the full price list before you pay anything.

  2. Plan

A profile review and a shortlist of scholarships that fit you, with every deadline in one shared calendar.

  3. Build

Documents, essays, references and English tests, step by step, with feedback at each stage.

  4. Apply and prepare

You submit your own applications. We prepare you for interviews and, when you win, for the move.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can you guarantee me a scholarship?

No. Selection panels make the decision, and no consultant can promise their answer. What we can do is make your application as strong as it can be and send it to scholarships that fit your profile.

Will you write my essays for me?

No. We coach you through every draft and give detailed feedback, but the words are yours. Funders often interview you, and an essay that does not sound like you can cost you the award.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the service. We send you the full price list in our first conversation, before you pay anything.

I do not live in Freetown. Can you still help?

Yes. We work over WhatsApp, email and video calls, in English or Krio, wherever you are in Sierra Leone or abroad.

When should I start?

About a year before you want to travel. Many of the big deadlines fall between October and March, and documents such as transcripts and English test results take time to arrange.

Do I need a First Class degree?

No. Most programmes ask for a good degree, but a clear plan, relevant experience and strong references matter too. We will tell you honestly where you stand.

Do you help with undergraduate scholarships?

Our focus is Master's and PhD applications, where most full scholarships are. Send us a message and we will tell you whether we can help with your case.
